Truth to tell, property management isn’t the most exciting thing in the world to do. We’re professionals and have been at it for quite a long time, and we actually love what we do. But we wouldn’t call it exciting. At least not on most days. But we’re willing to guess that if you’re a property owner and rent out either residential or commercial properties and have been managing these properties on your own, there are days when you are more than ready to throw in the towel.

Are you working at home?

Is it the wonderful experience you thought it would be? You can sleep in late, skip the shower, stay in your jammies, blast the music, go out when you want to and party all night. Work? Oh, sure. I’ll get to it. Later.

We want the owners to be happy, and we want you to be happy. You’re a valued tenant. This might even be a first for you!

Whether you are renting a place to live, or a place to work, we do our very best to provide value & make every process simple for you. We review the requests Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for holidays. We also have an emergency phone number that you can call, should you need to. We have some exciting new changes to announce!

We are now Kinetic Properties. Besides the new name and logo, almost everything else stays the same. Almost everything… One big change that we are happy to announce is that Shauna Carter is now part owner of Kinetic Properties. Shauna has worked with us from the beginning and has helped to make this company what it is today. Shauna is grateful to continue serving you.

As Kinetic Properties, we will continue to offer the friendly, small company experience that we have always strived for, while keeping our sights on growing so that we can offer the benefits that larger companies can offer.

In April, we moved our main office to Oregon City. This move allows us a more strategic location with which to better serve our clients, owners and tenants. We are also actively hiring on-site Managers at all residential locations so that we can keep a better eye on what is going on at our properties.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will be sending out letters to our clients, tenants and vendors with specific changes that apply to you. Please look for these letters and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
