Fasten your seat belts, because 2017 is going to be even bigger. Local experts agree that the New Year is going to be HOT for properties. Colliers forecasts increases in quoted rental rates in the near term, and others predict that as tech companies continue to move into the area space will become more limited.

The good news is that this means more people are working and that the economy is humming along. The bad news could be that the longer you wait to secure an office and a lease, the more you will be paying for it. It never fails. Supply and demand.
